Course Overview

The HubStudio is excited to team up with Teresa Izzard and Samuel Addison of Feet First Collective Training, the training arm of critically acclaimed theatre company Feet First Collective. This is an exciting opportunity to delve into body-based training. You will learn new skills and get to experience accessing your movement impulses with Viewpoints and your expressive landscape with Laban’s movement system.

★★★★1/2 ” Feet First Collective has created an unforgettable experience of immersive theatre in MEDUSA, which is sure to inspire an array of innovative creative endeavours.” (Nanci Nott for Arts Hub)

These masterclasses will also investigate the difference in applying these skills to stage and screen performances. You will select a short scene to prepare and learn for the final session. We will have some suggestions on request. The final session will offer an opportunity to work with applying the tools from the previous sessions to performing for the stage and screen with feedback.
