Sam Khatib

Sam Khatib is an emerging Palestinian/Australian Actor. As a young adult, Sam performed in several community theatre shows, this also included two years of study at The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts centre as well as attending ATYP at the age of 16. Sam has a background in contemporary, Jazz and Acrobatic dance. He has appeared in two stage performances at The Joan and the short film “Credence” in 2010. Sam brings valuable life experience. At the age of 21 he lived in the United Arab Emirates for 3 years and has travelled extensively. He was raised in Sydneys Western Suburbs which has allowed him to become diverse and adaptable in any environment he is put in. For the past 3 years, Sam has been working as a Youth worker. Empowering young people to live a fulfilling life no matter the given circumstances that they may come from. He encourages creative expression and constantly works on mindfulness and living a healthy positive lifestyle. Since February 2019, Sam has been a part of The HubStudio in the Actors Ensemble. He has worked hard along with his fellow actors and gained valuable skills from well reputed coaches in the industry. Sam will continue to focus on his acting career and advance his skills through workshops and networking with the goal to become a full time working actor
