Holly Last

Holly is a Sydney-based actor, singer and dancer born in England, where her love of performance blossomed. She studied dance and music from a young age, emigrating to Australia in 2005. Following her graduation from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, she was awarded a scholarship to complete her Diploma of Musical Theatre at Brent Street in 2019. Holly has most recently graduated from NIDA’s Screen Actors Studio course in 2021 and has trained at The HubStudio over the past year in screen and theatre.

In 2020, Holly was set to play Velma in ‘Anyone Can Whistle’ (Little Triangle, dir. Alexander Andrews). Despite the postponement of this production, Holly’s unwavering passion for performance continues. Her previous stage credits include Heather McNamara in ‘Heathers,’ Olive Ostrovsky in ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,’ Cinderella in ‘Cinderella,’ Karessa in ‘Tick, Tick…Boom!,’ ‘The Events’ (Belvoir St Theatre) and ‘Damn Yankees’ (Brent Street). Holly has also had the opportunity to perform at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall with Newtown High School of the Performing Arts’ Senior Extension Vocal Ensemble and as a flautist with NHSPA’s Orchestra.
