Space Hire at The HubStudio

Originally home to the Bodenwieser Ballet Studio. the HubStudio is conveniently located at 18 City Rd Chippendale NSW 2008. Close to public transport and major parking amenities, the studio is a great place for a wide range of activities. The HubStudio has three fantastic spaces available for hire to the public at very competitive rates. Our aim is to run the best studio space for professional creatives in all areas of Film, TV, Theatre, Voice & Movement. We’d love to have you with us!

 

Main Hall Space (The Red Room)

The Main Hall space is a really great sized rehearsal room. At 79sqm the space is suitable for film shoots, auditions, rehearsals, workshops and group work. The Main Hall comes fully equipped with all modern amenities, including 35 chairs, reverse cycle air-conditioning, fully functional kitchen and bathroom, and a 42″ LCD with DVD/CD. Studio Space (The Grey Room)

The Studio Space is fantastic for small stage rehearsals, small film shoots, and brilliant for auditions of all kinds. It is especially designed for Film & TV work. Complete with its own separate toilet and shower, the room comes with a 50″ Samsung Plasma for play back through its own computer system. The space also has reverse cycle air-conditioning and storage facilities. To find out more click below.

Below is a price guide for booking space at the studio. Please note all our spaces are the same rates regardless of size. We also have daily rates and long term hire rates available on request. If you have any special requests please let us know we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs
